Hypnosis treatments are a way to encourage the client to relax
totally and get into a Theta state of brain waves.
At all times the client is able to answer questions, and speak to

“stage hypnosis” where people are put into a trance and
encouraged to do silly things.
During therapy, at the stage of deep relaxation, positive
affirmations are repeatedly spoken to the client, which help them
to achieve some important goal in their lives.
Some goals are to stop smoking, to stop nail biting, to stop drinking
alcohol, to stop eating addictive foods (like chocolate or bread).
Positive affirmations are then used to encourage the client to feel
good about themselves and increase their determination and to
be aware of their progress towards achieving their goal.
Three or more treatments are needed in order to be sure that
the positive affirmations are still in place and the client is
